Keith Price
Chairman
Having spent 30 years in the global finance industry, with over 18 years in Asia, Keith has worked for a number of major brands in Asia including AIG and Fortis Bank.
Keith is Chairman of the WinSure Group and is responsible for the overall direction of its entities.
Derek Thornton
Director, New Business
Derek has garnered extensive experience in the global investment industry. Derek’s primary interests lie in Finance, Sports, Real Estate, and Technology.
Derek’s strength is in identifying and sourcing opportunities through his vast network. Providing the Group with a pipeline of projects for further evaluation.
James Denham
Group COO
James has nearly 20 years of experience within the Wealth and Asset Management Industry. Prior to joining the WinSure Group James spent 15 years working with a wide range of clients of asset management companies during his time at EY.
James’ breadth of experience with different scales of business enables him monitor the day-to-day operations of the Group’s individual entities whilst ensuring the execution of its core strategy.
Mike Morris
Group Head of HR
Mike has held prominent roles at some of the biggest names in the finance industry, including Director at Barclays, Standard Life, Lloyd’s Bank, and AIG Asia.
As CEO of WinSure Financial Mike is responsible for the distribution of financial products and managing large scale global networks.
John King
CEO, Paravene Capital
John has over 25 years’ experience in the investment industry, including investment management, institutional trading and sales. He has held senior roles at leading systematic Hedge Fund, Altis Partners and managed portfolios at City Fund Management.
As CEO of Paravene Capital John is responsible for delivery the trading and performance objectives of the company.
